We offer a replacement warranty or credit for any defective goods, but only if we determine that the defect is due to faulty material or workmanship. To be eligible, you must return the defective goods to us immediately. However, please be aware that we do not cover any labour costs associated with the replacement or repair of the defective goods.
We may ask you to send the defective item to our warehouse for inspection. Please note that all postage and taxes will be paid by you.
Please be aware that we are not responsible for any consequential loss or damage that may result from the use of our products.
If you need to make a warranty claim, you must do so within twelve months or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first) from the date of dispatch. Please note that the warranty will be void if the item was used in any form of motor competition, racing, or for performance purposes.
